OrboTech Group is looking for an Accounting Assistant in Sundsvall

OrboTech Group, led by OrboTech Sweden and Johans Städmaskiner, is now looking for a full-time Accounting Assistant for our finance and admin team in Sundsvall. Together with engaged colleagues, you will be an important part of our fast-paced operations and our ambition to change the cleaning industry and make a difference for our customers.

About the position

As an Accounting Assistant with us, you are an important part of everyday life – both for our wonderful finance and admin team, but also for all the other colleagues in the corporate group.

You will work broadly with everything from registering and managing supplier invoices to ongoing bookkeeping and more straightforward admin tasks. We work digitally and support each other and our fantastic customers with questions related to finance and administration in OrboTech Group's various companies.

The finance department is located at the headquarters in Sundsvall together with several other departments, creating a nice mix of people and a wonderful community.

As an Accounting Assistant in OrboTech Group, you need to be structured and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, but it is also important to be flexible as conditions and priorities can change quickly.

The position is 100%, on weekdays during office hours.

Who are we looking for?

We envision our new colleague as a social, curious, and solution-oriented person who has the ability to balance structure with spontaneity. You are self-driven, confident in making your own decisions, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

If you can check off the following points, we can take it to the next level!

· Have at least a YH degree, with education as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Economist. Alternatively, a bachelor's degree in finance.

· Familiar with working in digital systems.

· Experience from an accounting firm is a plus.
